At Games-Stop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a refund or exchange policy for most items.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Defective Items:

If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Special Orders:

Special orders, including custom builds, are not eligible for return or refund.
